Michael is the Senior Trader for Adams Diversified Equity Fund and Adams Natural Resources Fund.

Prior to joining Adams Funds, Michael was a Private Banker with Bank of America and also worked with financial services clients as a business consultant with Covenant Consulting. Michael spent 26 years at Legg Mason. During his tenure with the asset management group, he traded securities in every part of the capital structure. He also helped build the trading platform and infrastructure for Legg Mason Capital Management. Michael spent 24 years in trading at Legg Mason and the last 7 years as the Director of Trading.

Michael attended Towson State University, where he studied Business Administration. He is a FINRA Series 7 license holder.
